I want to ask you a question about investment companies
Can an investment company (Mutual Fund) which is registered outside USA have an office in USA without any regulations

(آیا یک شرکت سرمایه گذاری(سرمایه گذاری مشترک)که در خارج از ایالات متحده آمریکا به ثبت رسیده است میتواند در ایالات متحده آمریکا دفتر داشته باشد؟)

جواب :

Foreign entities that transact business with U.S. customers in the capacity of an FCM, IB, CTA or CPO are generally required to register in the appropriate category.  Foreign entities must meet the same filing requirements as domestic applicants.
